Manufacture process:

PVC foam board/PVC foam sheet comprises of PVC resin, foaming agent, stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, impact modifiers, pigments and other additives. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and delivered to a silo from which they are produced by an advanced patented technique employing co-extrusion and foam technology.

Notes: Our products are lead free (Pb).
